Niall Fleming is currently the Assistant Vice President of the Real Estate Practice at Marsh, where they have been since 2025. Prior to this role, Niall gained extensive experience in property account management and brokerage, having worked at Lockton, Albanwise Insurance Services, and Aon, among others. Niall began their career in construction and transitioned into the insurance sector after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham in 2014.
