Norma Rodriguez is a Senior Cyber Project Manager for the U.S. and Canada at Marsh, where they have been instrumental in managing complex cyber projects since 2023. With over 15 years of experience in operations and strategy within the insurance brokerage industry, Norma has demonstrated expertise in process improvement and effective communication across all organizational levels. As U.S. Co-chair of the Hispanic Organization of Leadership and Achievement (HOLA), they actively promote leadership within the Hispanic community. Norma holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University, which they earned in 2010.
