Robert Marshak has a long and varied work experience. Robert began their career in 1996 as a Client Services employee at Instinet, where they managed a staff of eleven technical engineers, reengineered client hardware, and designed and built a 2000 square foot Integration and Testing Center. In 1998, they moved to Eagle Family Foods as the Director of IT Infrastructure, where they directed all aspects of Data Center operations, NT and UNIX, LAN, WAN, and remote access, and prepared and administered a $1M annual IS budget. Robert then joined 9278 Communications in 2002 as the CTO, managing all aspects of Information Technology for 12 separate companies in 28 locations. In 2004, they became the Director of NOC and SOC at Computer Network Solutions, responsible for the design, architecture and staffing of a 24x365 NOC and SOC. In 2006, they took on the role of Associate Vice President, Information Technology Operations at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, responsible for the design, architecture and staffing of the Home Office and remote site IT Infrastructure. In 2010, they joined the International Rescue Committee as the Director, Global Infrastructure and Support, providing technical leadership on all infrastructure-related activities. In 2012, they moved to WesTech Solutions, LLC as the Vice President of Operations, and in 2021 they founded Marshak Motor Works LLC (dba MILC Garage). Robert is currently the President and CEO of Marshak Computer Solutions Corp.
Robert Marshak obtained a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1992. In 2009, they obtained a Computer Hacking Forensic Investigtor (CHFI) certification from the EC Council.
