Alex Coombes

Alex Coombes has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alex started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they quickly progressed to taking on the responsibilities of a branch manager. Alex then moved to Mott MacDonald as a Business Development Manager, leading sales and business development for Cambridge Education. In this role, they developed sales strategies, managed accounts, and supported consultants on product development. Alex then joined RSM UK as a Regional Business Development and Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for developing marketing strategies and managing B2B business development across multiple sectors. Alex also had experience in event management and PR. In 2019, they joined Willen Hospice as a Trustee, supporting the organization with their expertise. Currently, Alex is working at Marshall Amplification, initially serving as a Marketing Director before being promoted to Commercial Director, Joint Managing Director, and now the Managing Director. In their role at Marshall Amplification, they have been instrumental in enhancing the consumer experience and supporting the internal and external talent of the company.
