Natasha Arciniega is an experienced professional in the music and media production industry, currently serving as a Booking Agent for Marshall Live Agency since January 2023. As a Co-Founder of Incantation Ltd since December 2020, Natasha brings entrepreneurial expertise to the field. Previously, Natasha held the position of Creative Director at Roar House from August 2012 to April 2020, specializing in live event filming and music videos for independent artists and providing management services for notable musicians such as Boyce Avenue and Hobo Johnson. Natasha's background also includes a role as Senior Producer/Director at We are Vista, where leadership was provided in producing social media video content and promotional communications for major brands, and as a Video Producer at Poison Pen Films Limited, focusing on music video production. Natasha holds a degree in Cinema Photography and Television Studies from the University of Leeds.
