Erin Usher

Erin Usher began their professional career as a Supply Chain Intern at Xylem Inc in 2013. Erin then continued with the company as a Manufacturing and Quality Intern in 2014. In 2015, Erin assumed the role of Materials Planner and eventually transitioned to the position of Project Manager in 2016.

In 2018, Erin joined UpstartWorks as a Brand Portfolio Manager, where they focused on developing revenue growth strategies and establishing communication channels with key business relationships. Erin was later promoted to Vice President of Client Management in 2019, leading the organization in serving industrial brands in ecommerce and implementing scalable solutions.

Since 2022, Erin has been serving as the Director of Ecommerce at Marshall Associates.

Erin Usher attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
