Elizabeth Wheeler currently serves as the Program Director for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Southern Illinois Collegiate Common Market since August 2021. In addition, Elizabeth has worked as an Occupational Therapist at Marshall Browning Hospital since 2011, focusing on in-patient orthopedics and neurology, as well as outpatient hands and pediatrics with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Integration. Elizabeth has also been an Adjunct Faculty member for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Southern Illinois Collegiate Common Market and an Adjunct Instructor at Lake Land College since 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University.
