Ryan Caldwell

Ryan Caldwell serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Springfield Clinic since March 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan accrued extensive experience at RSM US LLP, where tenure spanned from July 2013 to March 2025, culminating in the position of Partner after progressing through roles including Senior Manager, Manager, and Supervisor. Earlier in the career, Ryan worked as a Senior Accountant at The Scheffel Companies: Scheffel & Company, PC from January 2009 to July 2013. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Accounting obtained from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution (2006-2008).
