Bob Baxter

Bob Baxter is a senior business leader with a 40-year track record in the Aerospace, Defence, and Security sectors. Currently serving as CEO at Marshall Aerospace, they also hold the role of Chief Growth Officer at Marshall, where they drive strategic deals and partnerships. Previously, Bob contributed to Chatham House's International Security Programme and led various roles at Thales, securing record orders during challenging times. Bob began their career in systems engineering and project management at several UK Defence companies, building expertise in complex aerospace and defence programmes. They are also a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, focusing on public understanding of defence and security issues.
