Cindy Rice

Cindy began her nursing career at Marshall Hospital in 1989 as a charge nurse and has worked with Marshall and at Marshall intermittently throughout the years. Most recently, she returned in 2011 as Vice President of Clinical Nursing Services before accepting the Chief Nursing Officer role in 2021. Her goal is to create a respectful, collaborative culture where nurses, providers and all employees are engaged in a shared vision of caring for their patients.
