Kelly Ballew has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiter at Marshall Medical Center since April 2003, Kelly has a strong background in the field, having also worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Executive Search Group since March 1999. Prior experience includes the role of Branch Manager at Apple One Employment Services from July 1992 to March 1999.
