Kerri Crothers

Kerri Crothers has a strong background in compensation management and human resources. Kerri is currently working as the Executive Director of Compensation at Marshall Medical Center since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Compensation at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC from December 2021 to June 2023. Kerri also served as a Compensation Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from September 2020 to December 2021 and at Safelite AutoGlass from January 2018 to September 2020. Kerri has also worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where they had various roles including Human Resources Manager and Global Compensation Manager. Kerri started their career as a Compensation Analyst at Kellogg Company and later worked at LexisNexis in different compensation analyst roles in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

Kerri Crothers earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Colorado State University from 2002 to 2004.
