Lysandra Williams

Lysandra Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and fitness. Currently serving as an Officer with the California Highway Patrol since March 2019, Lysandra also operates Conquer All Limits, a venture dedicated to personal and group fitness training as well as DJ services, established in January 2004. In addition, Lysandra has been a coach at Orangetheory Fitness since November 2014. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Fresno Pacific University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from California State University, Stanislaus (2005-2009). Early education was completed at Folsom High School and Bishop Amat Memorial High School.
