Sean Marshall is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the property and construction sectors. As the Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Sedulous Developments since September 2024, and the Founder & Managing Director of Marshall Property since August 2011, Sean has led a successful independent property agency serving a diverse client base across Liverpool. In addition, Sean plays a pivotal role as Honorary Treasurer for The Greenbank Project since December 2019 and has been the Managing Director of Marshall Construction since October 2006, overseeing medium to large-scale construction and refurbishment projects across the UK. Sean's multifaceted expertise includes residential and commercial sales, property management, auctions, and building maintenance.
