Marshall Reddick has a rich and extensive work experience. Marshall founded the Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network in 1978 and later developed the most successful nationwide investment property referral system in the United States. Marshall served as the Founder of the company until 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Professor of Marketing and Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship at California State University, Los Angeles from 1970 to 2000.

Marshall Reddick has an extensive education history in the field of marketing. Marshall obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1960 to 1965. Marshall then pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marketing from Texas Tech University, studying from 1967 to 1970. Lastly, they earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Colorado State University, studying from 1975 to 1977.
