Ross Nelson

Ross Nelson started their work experience in 2007 as a Runnership at Madison Street Partners. In 2009, they became an Account Manager at Marshall Reddick Real Estate, managing various real estate agents, investment groups, contractors, and property managers across the U.S. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Operations at Marshall Reddick Real Estate, where they implemented new processes and systems to automate busy work and provide easy access to relevant data for employees. In 2014, Ross became the CEO/Broker at Marshall Reddick Real Estate, focused on transforming the way residential real estate is done by creating technology for people to utilize their services in-person or online. Additionally, in 2005, Ross co-founded Krochet Kids International, a sustainable economic development program that provides employment in Uganda through crochet products, aiming to create a sustainable cycle of empowerment and change for impoverished communities.

Ross Nelson attended Vanguard University of Southern California from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Marketing and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a CA Real Estate Broker certification from the California Department of Real Estate in January 2009. Ross also obtained a Real Estate Lending certification from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System in August 2015.

Subsequently, they obtained a TX Real Estate Broker certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in September 2017, followed by a TN Real Estate Broker certification from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission in March 2018, and a KY Real Estate Broker certification from the Kentucky Real Estate Commission in September 2018.

Most recently, Ross Nelson obtained an FL Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Real Estate Commission in March 2023.
