Ciaran Rooney

Ciaran Rooney is the founder of Roixon, established in September 2016, providing strategic advisory services to venture-backed growth companies and venture capital funds in areas including fundraising strategy and corporate development. With a decade of experience in senior management roles within disruptive venture-backed businesses, Ciaran currently also serves as an advisor at Marshall Street Advisors Ltd, focusing on TMT fundraisings and M&A. Previously, Ciaran held multiple roles at Rockley Photonics Inc., including Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships, where responsibilities encompassed corporate development and deal management. As General Counsel at Eve Sleep, Ciaran successfully led the company to an IPO on the LSE AIM, raising £35 million. Early legal career experience includes positions at Cooley LLP, WilmerHale, and Blake Morgan LLP, following initial research analyst work at Jomati Consultants LLP. Ciaran holds a P.G. Dip in Law from the College of Law, Guildford, and an LLB in Law from the University of East Anglia.
