Ian Vollrath

Ian Vollrath is an accomplished risk analyst currently employed at Marshall Wace since September 2019. Previously, Ian held the position of Quant and Risk Analyst at Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP from September 2015 to December 2018, and served as Vice President in FX Quantitative Analytics at Barclays Capital from November 2009 to August 2015. Ian began a career in quantitative analysis as a Quantitative Analyst at FINCAD from September 2006 to October 2009. Educationally, Ian earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from The University of British Columbia.
