Karl Orchard

Karl Orchard currently serves as the Dual Site Engineering Manager at Marshalls plc, overseeing all engineering operations at the Civils and Drainage Mells site and the Shepton Mallet Bricks and Masonry site since September 2022. With extensive experience at Marshalls Civils and Drainage since September 2012, Karl has held multiple roles including Site Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and Maintenance Engineer. Prior to this, Karl worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Brington Engineering Limited and gained hands-on experience as a Fitter/Welder at Code A Weld. Karl completed an Engineering Apprenticeship at Bath College from 2005 to 2007.
