Matt Pullen

Chief Executive at Marshalls

Matt Pullen has an extensive work experience history starting as a Graduate Management Trainee at Johnson & Johnson in 1993 and progressing through various marketing roles at Kraft Foods, Premier Foods, and Bernard Matthews. Matt eventually held leadership positions at AkzoNobel, British Gypsum, and Genuit Group, where they served as Chief Operating Officer and main board director. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Designate at Marshalls plc. In addition, they have been involved in charitable work as a Trustee for CRASH - Construction Industry's Charity and as a Non-Executive Director at England Squash.

Matt Pullen attended Stockport Grammar School from 1977 to 1982. Matt then went on to Royal Grammar School Guildford from 1982 to 1987. Finally, they completed their BSc in Geography at the University of Southampton from 1988 to 1991.
