Pat Rial

Pat Rial has worked as a Principal for Marshalltown Community School District since 2014. In this role, Pat is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school building, student development and relationships, parent-school relationships, professional development of teachers and para's, staff evaluations, public relations, and discipline. Prior to this, Pat worked as an Advisor for Advocare starting in 2013.

Pat Rial earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Northern Iowa from 1999 to 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Pat completed a Masters in Education Administration with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration, General, also from the University of Northern Iowa.
