Robert Seward

Robert Seward is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Marshalltown since April 2021. Additionally, Robert co-founded Rendered Perception, an augmented reality and computer vision startup, in December 2017. Prior roles include Director of Store Academies at Walmart, where responsibilities included process design and analytics, and Senior Manager II at Sam's Club, focusing on machine vision inventory and augmented reality applications. Robert's earlier experience includes various engineering and management positions at Walmart, Transplace, and Tyson Foods, contributing to projects in logistics, operations, and distribution design. Robert holds an MBA and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
