In his role, Jason creates cross-sell opportunities from FirstChoice to MarshBerry and leads the Northwestern half of the U.S. In his role, Jason helps agencies grow by analyzing client needs and matching their needs and goals with FirstChoice’s value proposition by creating mutually beneficial sales solutions.

With over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the insurance industry, Jason is exceedingly resourceful and has an impressive background in developing and implementing lucrative sales strategies. His roles in Sales Management, Personal and Commercial Lines, B2B solution sales, New Business Development, InsurTech experience, Underwriting, and his carrier relationships, allow him to deliver impactful results and maintain strong profitable relationships.
