Nick Dorman is a product design leader specializing in design systems, UX, and UI management. Currently serving as the Design Systems Lead at Marshmallow since 2025, Nick previously held various roles, including Head of Design Systems and Deputy Head of UX and Design at News UK from 2019 to 2023. Before that, Nick worked as a Design Ops Consultant at ustwo from 2023 to 2025 and as a Senior Product Designer at The Sun from 2013 to 2016. Nick earned a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of the West of England between 2002 and 2005.
