Shane P Williams

Shane P Williams is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI, web design, and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Design Systems at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank since July 2015, Shane leads design governance, operations, and delivers the RMB brand portal platform, specializing in human-centered design. In addition to this role, Shane is the founding editor of the Design Systems Collective, a Medium publication focused on design systems. Previously, Shane held the position of Design Director at Visionar and has held significant roles at Zoobiscuit and Creamer Media, where expertise in creative conceptualization, digital branding, and team leadership was demonstrated. Educational background includes a Post Graduate Degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Vaal University of Technology.
