Amy Pitkin is a seasoned compensation and benefits professional with extensive experience in global total rewards leadership. Currently serving as the Global Total Rewards Leader at Guy Carpenter, a subsidiary of Marsh McLennan, Amy develops and implements a comprehensive rewards strategy for a diverse workforce of 3,500 colleagues across 38 countries. Previous roles at Marsh McLennan included Total Rewards Leader for Mercer Operations & Technology and Growth Markets Total Rewards Leader, where there was a focus on aligning rewards programs with business objectives and talent management. Prior to Marsh McLennan, Amy held various leadership positions at GE Capital, including Global Compensation & Benefits Leader, where responsibilities encompassed strategic consulting on compensation matters and managing benefits processes for multiple business units. Amy holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BA in English from Williams College.
