Dan Mitchell

Dan Mitchell has extensive experience in talent management and development, particularly within the Asia and IMEA regions, through roles at Marsh McLennan from May 2012 to April 2023. As a Talent Development & Inclusion Partner, Dan led initiatives in strategic talent management, learning and development, and inclusion and diversity. Previous positions include Senior Principal & Talent Partner at Mercer AMEA & Pacific, where Dan focused on succession planning and leadership development, and Senior Vice President & Global Learning Leader, responsible for global learning strategies. Dan's earlier career involved teaching at Shih Chien University and leading various talent and development initiatives at Mercer. Dan holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and is pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin.
