Ernesto Pavel Rosales

Ernesto Pavel Rosales is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in SharePoint and cloud solutions. Currently serving as a Senior IT Product Support Analyst at Marsh McLennan since January 2023, Ernesto focuses on support engineering for SharePoint Online and process automation. Previously, as a Customer Engineer at Microsoft from January 2019 to August 2022, Ernesto delivered proactive services and customized solutions across North and South America. Earlier roles included Senior SharePoint Consultant at AXEN IT Consulting, Hybrid Mobile Developer and SharePoint Specialist at Stefanini Mexico IT Solutions, and various consultant positions at 4th Source and Grupo Scanda. Ernesto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
