Lauren Kennedy

Lauren Kennedy is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance Advisory for UK Retail at Marsh McLennan since July 2023, Lauren has held various leadership roles across several companies, including Marsh and Jelf, with a focus on compliance and risk advisory. Key responsibilities have included facilitating risk workshops, providing regulatory change support, and ensuring compliance within major business initiatives. Lauren began her career at Datamonitor as an associate analyst, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Portsmouth, which was attained in 2011.
