Linda Segarra

Linda Segarra has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and financial reporting, currently serving as the Head of Americas and Senior Director for MMC Internal Audit at Marsh McLennan since January 2006. In this role, Linda manages the consolidated financial reporting function for the $13 billion professional services firm, overseeing financial statement preparation and segment reporting for its four companies: Marsh, Guy Carpenter, Mercer, and Oliver Wyman. Previous roles include Head of Internal Audit for Professional Practices and Manager of Financial Reporting & Controls, where responsibilities included monthly financial management reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Linda began their career at Marsh & McLennan Companies as an Audit Supervisor, overseeing comprehensive audits across various business operations. Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Accounting from Pace University, graduated in 2001.
