Mandy Young, PHR, is an accomplished Talent Development Leader currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Marsh McLennan since July 2021. With over a decade of experience at PPD, Mandy held various strategic roles in Talent Management and Inclusion, culminating in the position of Director. Mandy's career began in human resources, with foundational roles at Lulu.com and Hanes Industries.
