Mayank Sikka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Marsh McLennan since September 2021, Mayank has held various leadership roles including Vice President. Prior to this, Mayank worked at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited from April 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included underwriting casualty lines and leading teams as a Corporate Underwriter and SBU Head for Aviation, Agency, Banca, and HOM. Early career experiences include management trainee at VJM Media Pvt. Ltd. and technical roles at Bharti Airtel Limited. Mayank holds an MBA in Marketing and a PGPM from ICFAI University, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
