Michelle Sanchez

Michelle Sanchez has over two decades of experience in legal, privacy, and compliance technology. Currently serving as the Director of Legal, Privacy and Compliance Technology at Marsh McLennan since February 2021, Michelle also holds the title of Privacy and Compliance Technology Leader. Prior to this role, Michelle was Vice President at Marsh for nearly eleven years, specializing in global program and project management for sales and marketing applications, particularly focusing on Salesforce and related integrations, as well as managing information security and data privacy initiatives. Earlier experience includes a decade as Managing Principal Consultant at Innoveer Solutions and a brief role as a Consultant at General Electric Co., where expertise included Oracle Financials and projects implementation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Union College and has additional certifications as a Salesforce Authorized Consultant and Siebel Certified Consultant.
