Pit Wen Lee

Pit Wen Lee currently serves as the VP and Head of Claims Operations for Singapore and the Asia Placement Hub at Marsh since August 2023. Previously, Pit held the position of Vice President at the Singapore Insurance Institute from August 2023 to July 2024, and from January 2020 to July 2023, was the Managing Director for Singapore P&C and Regional Operations Director at Charles Taylor. Pit's experience at AIG spanned nearly seven years, culminating in roles such as APAC Claims Operations Lead and Regional Commercial Claims Operations Manager, with responsibilities including process modernization, financial analysis, and strategy implementation. Early career includes internships as an Actuarial Analyst at General Reinsurance AG and Gen Re, focusing on Dread Disease and Critical Illness data analysis. Educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Sciences from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and business studies from Foon Yew High School in Malaysia.
