Pradip Renushe

Pradip Renushe is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Marsh McLennan since September 2022, Pradip focuses on insurance product development. Prior to this, Pradip held a similar position at V2Solutions, where responsibilities included implementing web APIs with MongoDB for a company approval system. Pradip's career also includes a significant tenure at GEP Worldwide as a Software Technical Lead, managing scrum teams and overseeing multiple modules. Early experience includes a role as Sr. Web Developer at Reliance, where Pradip was involved in development, documentation, and team training, along with foundational work as a Jr. Web Developer at Metasys Software Pvt Ltd. Pradip holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RIT Institute of Technology.
