Daniel Dineen

Lead Engineer, Autonomous Systems at MARSS

Daniel Dineen has an extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering and autonomous systems. Daniel is currently working as a Lead Engineer for Autonomous Systems at MARSS Group since February 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Dyson, including Systems Engineering Manager from April 2020 to February 2022, and Lead Systems Engineer from October 2016 to April 2020. Daniel also worked at Rolls-Royce as a Sub-System Integrator from March 2013 to October 2016, where they were responsible for delivering the design solution for the HP Compressor Sub-System of a large engine architectural demonstrator. Before joining Rolls-Royce, they completed the professional excellence graduate scheme at the company, where they undertook various roles, including Component Design. Additionally, they worked as an Aerodynamics Intern at DAHER from January 2011 to May 2011.

Daniel Dineen obtained a MEng degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow between 2006 and 2011. Prior to their university education, they attended Forfar Academy from 2000 to 2006.
