Edgar Allan R. began their career in 2012 as a Project Manager at Infosys, where they supplied appropriate business solutions and conducted strategic planning analysis. Edgar Allan also managed impediments and risks by proactively identifying, designing, and executing mitigation plans. Additionally, they managed the quality assurance team to test mobile applications, coordinating with staff in other countries through a Global Delivery Model (GDM). In 2018, Edgar Allan R. joined Marstone, Inc. as a Product Manager and Product Owner. As Product Owner, they acted as liaison between business, sales and technology teams to refine the Powered by Marstone platform and incorporate features based on market demands. Edgar Allan also owned and drove product backlog grooming, prioritized user stories, created acceptance criteria, and led delivery. Additionally, they were responsible for managing the product roadmap, UX changes, and design updates.

Edgar Allan R. attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Edgar Allan then attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2017 to 2019 and earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in February 2018, and Enterprise Change Framework ECF202 and ECF102.
