James Uruba

James Uruba has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. James began their career in 1992 as a Management Trainee in the Management Development Program at MBNA America Bank, N.A. James then served as an Account Manager in the Credit Bureaus, Business Analyst in the Credit Department, and Account Executive in the Alliance Marketing sector. In 2000, they joined PwC as a Management Consultant in the Financial Services Practice. In 2002, they moved to Renaissance International as a Management Consulting Manager in the Financial Services Practice. In 2003, they joined AIG as a Management Consultant in AIG Management Consulting. From 2004 to 2016, they worked at American Express as a Director in Operational Risk US Loyalty, Director in Privacy International Consumer Card, and Sr. Marketing Manager in the Consumer Banking sector. In 2016, they became an Independent Consultant, providing Management Consulting services. James also served as Chief Compliance Officer & Head of Enterprise Risk at Marstone, Inc. from 2016 to present.

James Uruba received their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Marquette University in 1992, after graduating in 1988. James then went on to attend Columbia Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2000.
