Melissa Potter, CSPO has a diverse work experience. Melissa began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Cashier at McDonald's. In 2013, they became a Sales Associate at JCPenney. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Brand Ambassador at Banana Republic. During 2015, they also worked as a Communications Intern for the Office of the General Treasurer and an Intern and Youth Worker for the City of Central Falls. In 2016, they became an Agile Processing/Phone Operations Representative II at Fidelity Investments. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an API Business Analyst and Data Remediation Analyst at eMoney Advisor. Currently, they are a Product Owner at Marstone, Inc.

Melissa earned their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island in 2015 and their High School Diploma from Dr. Jorge Alvarez High School in 2011.
