Jane Murray has over two decades of extensive experience in the hospitality and training sectors, primarily with Marston's PLC, where tenure began in January 2002 and progressed to the role of Director of Learning & Development. Throughout the years at Marston's PLC, Jane excelled in various positions, including Group Head of Learning & Development and Training & Development Manager for Operational Skills. Prior to this, Jane held roles at Spirit Group as Head Chef & Kitchen Manager and at The Shakespeare Pub as General Manager, demonstrating a solid foundation in both operational management and culinary expertise.
