Sand Coutinho

Sand Coutinho has a long history of working in the real estate industry. In 1999, they co-founded and served as COO of expoimovel.com, where they were also an investor and Board Member. In 2004, they co-founded and served as Director of Mix Tecnologia LTDA. In 2016, they founded and served as CEO of Marta Intelig\u00eancia Imobili\u00e1ria. Most recently, they have been an investor and Board Member of Rob\u00f4 Livre since 2017.

Sand Coutinho began their educational journey in 1995, when they enrolled in the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco for a degree and specialization in Computer Science. Sand graduated in 2000. In 2021, they enrolled in the CESAR School to pursue a Master in Strategic Transformation, specializing in Digital Transformation, Strategy, and Technology.
