Diana Hernandez

Diana Hernandez is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as Vice President of Employee Services at Martek Global Services, Inc. since May 2017. In this capacity, Diana leads comprehensive HR initiatives and strategic guidance to enhance workplace culture. Prior to that, significant contributions were made as the Director of Human Resources at RCM of Washington, where responsibilities included coaching employees, managing workplace investigations, developing HR strategies, and executing performance management processes. Earlier career roles spanned HR Generalist and Coordinator positions at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, and Beers + Cutler, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and training programs. Diana holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Marymount University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from Seattle University.
