Virginia Milano Perinelli

Virginia Milano Perinelli is currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Implementation Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Martello Re. Prior to joining Martello Re, she held the role of Director, Capital Markets at Barings from May 2017 to July 2022. Before that, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from September 2008 to April 2017, where she held various positions including Director - Fixed Income Sales, Senior Relationship Management, Vice President - Global Credit and Special Situations Trading COO Team, Sales Assistant - Fixed Income Emerging Markets, and Senior Specialist - Middle Office and Operations Institutional Client Services. Virginia earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Columbia Business School in 2018 and her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from New York University in 2008.
