Ailin O.

Ailin O. has had a diverse range of work experience in the technology and software development field. Ailin started their career in 2005 as a Systems Analyst and Instructor at Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana, where they conducted and implemented major projects and taught courses in Operations Research and Simulation. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager and Software Developer at UNESCO, managing and developing websites and multimedia products. In 2010, they joined TITUS as a Scrum Master and Senior Software Developer, running Agile development processes and acting as a technical contact for customer support. Ailin later became a Product Manager and Product Analyst at TITUS, leading product launches, maintaining roadmaps, and generating revenue. In 2020, they joined Martello Technologies as the Director of Product Management.

Ailin O. completed a Master of Applied Computer Science (MACS) degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría" CUJAE between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc.Eng.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university, graduating between 2000 and 2005.
