Carolina C. has accumulated a range of work experience in different roles and industries throughout their career. Carolina began their most recent position as a Service Delivery Engineer at Martello Technologies in January 2021. Prior to this, Carolina worked at Phreesia from February 2017 to December 2020 as an Integration Deployment Specialist IV. During their time at Phreesia, they gained expertise in deploying integrations. Before joining Phreesia, Carolina worked at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Technical Advisor (T3) from April 2015 to February 2017. In this role, they analyzed and troubleshooted network problems remotely, solved hardware and software faults, and assisted clients in maintaining perimeter security systems. Before their tenure at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., Carolina worked at Nova Networks as a Change Management / Network Operations Analyst from June 2014 to April 2015. Finally, they began their career at Millennium 1 Solutions as a Customer Service Representative from November 2010 to August 2013.

Carolina C. attended Everest College from 2013 to 2014, where they completed a degree in Network Administration with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administrator. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In December 2013, they received the A+ certification from CompTIA. In October 2015, they obtained the CCSA certification from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., followed by the CCSE certification in March 2016 from the same institution. Most recently, in May 2021, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
