Olivier LAMER

Olivier LAMER has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with a focus on customer success and IT consulting. Olivier is currently working as a Service Delivery Engineer at Martello Technologies since February 2021. Prior to this, Olivier spent nearly a decade at Microsoft as a Senior Customer Success Account Manager, where they had numerous achievements in successful deployments and adoption of digital transformation projects. Olivier also worked as an IT Consultant for a microfinance institution as part of NGO volunteering, and as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Microsoft France. Olivier has experience as an IT Consultant at Beijaflore, where they also served as an IT Security Consultant for BNP Paribas. Additionally, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Manpower France and as an IT Security Engineer at Devoteam / Apogée-Communications. Olivier has a strong technical background and skills in IT strategy and operations, SaaS solutions, support services, delivery and relationship management, and presales activities.

Olivier LAMER completed their education at ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique from 1998 to 2000, during which they obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Information Technology. Before that, they attended Lycée Raspail in 1997, where they prepared for entrance exams to Engineering Schools, commonly known as Math Sup & Math Spé. In addition to their academic qualifications, Olivier has also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in March 2020, and Insight Selling and Microsoft Global Challenger certifications from Microsoft in December 2017.
