Dr. Alina Bas, ICF PCC, serves as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Graduate School of Arts and Science, where responsibilities include designing and delivering a graduate course in Advanced Executive Coaching and Development for Industrial/Organizational Psychology students. As the Founder of Alina Bas Consulting since 2009, Dr. Bas focuses on executive coaching and custom workshops aimed at enhancing leadership and communication skills. Previous experience includes a role as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Strathclyde, where research explored strategy under uncertainty, resulting in published academic work and presentations at prestigious conferences. Earlier professional roles include Assistant Director of Organizational and Staff Development for Health and Hospitals Corporation of NYC and Client Relations Manager for THE LEARNING PARTNERSHIP LIMITED, emphasizing leadership development and establishing corporate executive education accounts. Dr. Bas holds a PhD in Strategy from the University of Strathclyde, an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, and a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University.
