Kelsey Vines

Kelsey Vines is the current Director at Martha O'Bryan Center. Kelsey has previous experience working as a Marketing Coordinator at SSR from March 2010 to August 2013, and as a Team Support / Marketing Assistant at McGriff, Seibels & Williams from August 2008 to March 2010. In their previous positions, Kelsey was responsible for creating proposals and qualifications booklets, assisting with market research, participating in the redevelopment of graphic standards, representing a division of the firm on the CRM development team, and tracking and updating opportunities for new business in the CRM database. Kelsey has also assisted in all aspects of account service including but not limited to issuing insurance certificates, invoicing, maintaining excel schedules, and fielding questions from clients. In addition, they have worked with Marketing Account Executives in creating insurance proposals and confirmation of coverage documents, and has communicated with clients and insurance carriers on a daily basis to resolve any account issues.

Kelsey Vines has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama.
