Wendy Kromer-Schell is a seasoned pastry chef, instructor, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the culinary arts and hospitality industries. Since November 2013, Wendy has served as an instructor at Craftsy.com, while also co-owning the historic 1890 Queen Anne Bed & Breakfast since January 2012. Additionally, Wendy founded Wendy Kromer Confections & Academy in June 2002, gaining recognition as one of the leading wedding cake designers in the United States, with features in Martha Stewart Weddings since 1995. Wendy Kromer-Schell has contributed as an editor for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia since 1995 and has conducted classes at various prestigious institutions, including Sugar World Academy and Peggy Porschen Academy. Wendy holds a BA in Fashion Merchandising & Business from Notre Dame College, earned in 1983.
