Beth Folcarelli has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the non-profit sector. Beth is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Martha's Vineyard Community Services. Prior to this, they held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations and Strategic Partnerships at Gosnold, Inc. Beth also worked as the President and CEO at Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc., providing executive leadership for large-sized non-profit organizations. Additionally, Beth served as the COO at Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. and as the Director of Quality and Assistant to the CEO at Family Service Association of Greater Fall River, Inc. Beth also has provided consultation services through their own firm, Meridian Nonprofit Consulting, assisting non-profit organizations in various aspects such as business development and quality management.
Beth Folcarelli obtained a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Salve Regina University, which they pursued from 2001 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a PhD in Organization and Management at Capella University, where they studied from 2004 to 2015.

Martha’s Vineyard Community Services is a health and human services nonprofit. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those it serves by meeting the comprehensive needs of individuals, families, and the community through a partnership of programs that provides accessible education and health and human services of the highest quality. MVCS is comprised of six core programs: 1) CONNECT to end violence 2) Disability Services 3) Early Childhood Programs 4) Island Counseling Center 5) Island Wide Youth Collaborative 6) The Thrift Shop
